OILFLOW FOR CHARGING BUSINESSES
From the first charging session to the final shift balance. Bring your chargers, customer relationships, loyalty pricing and business records into one company workspace.
For charging networks, fleet depots and destination sites.
BUILT AROUND YOUR OPERATION
THE WORK BEHIND EVERY CHARGE
Give owners, managers and attendants the tools for their part of the day, within their company’s workspace.
Organise stations and connectors, review reported charger status and follow charging sessions. Remote actions depend on the charger integration validated for your site.
Separate company workspaces, owner and manager roles, and station assignments help keep everyday work with the people responsible for it.
Manage customer cards, prepaid balances and fleet accounts. Review the charging history linked to each account and its billing arrangements.
Record payments, cash drops, expenses and deposits. Review shift reconciliation and day-close records. Payment recording is separate from automated provider collection.
Review session records, tariffs, energy, recorded revenue and utilisation. Use the same operational records to investigate a charge or a daily balance.
Publish station locations and connector details on Oilflow’s public map. Supported OCPI connections share location information with partner networks.
CUSTOMERS, LOYALTY & COMMERCIAL CONTROL
Give regular drivers a reason to return, keep fleet accounts organised, and see the records behind each customer balance.
Maintain customer profiles, contact details, vehicles and linked charging cards. Review account balances and charging history in the customer workspace.
Create loyalty tiers and assign members. Give a tier a fixed price per kWh or a percentage discount on the base energy rate. Review membership and recorded lifetime energy use.
Tiers are assigned by the operator; this is member pricing, not an automatic points or referral programme.
Manage wallet top-ups, card links and account history. Help customers recover card access through the supported PIN-reset workflow.
Group vehicles under a fleet account, review its charging activity and balance, and generate fleet invoices. Manage the account’s configured credit and payment terms.
Review outstanding balances and credit-aging reports. Record collection actions, notes and next-action dates so your team can follow up with context.
Record site contracts, validity dates, fees and terms. Manage package definitions and purchase records alongside customer accounts.
Package purchases currently add monetary wallet credit. A separate prepaid-kWh allowance and package-specific charging rate are not enforced.
HOW MEMBER PRICING WORKS
For centrally managed sessions with a linked account, the member’s energy rate is saved when charging starts and used at billing. A later tier change does not reprice that session.
A NETWORK OF INDEPENDENT BUSINESSES
Oilflow is built to serve multiple charging businesses. Each operates in its own workspace, with company-scoped access to customers, sessions and financial records.

SIMPLE PRICING
Both packages include Oilflow’s business tools. Choose OCPP to manage compatible chargers, or add a custom HMI flow to adapt the screen and charging steps your customers use.
RWF 30,000per charger per month
For operators who want to keep their charger’s existing screen and charging flow. Connect compatible equipment through OCPP, the protocol that lets your charger communicate with Oilflow.
Your charger keeps its existing customer interface. Changes to the charging-screen workflow are included in the HMI package.
Get started with OCPP ↗RWF 40,000per charger per month
For operators who also need to adapt the experience on the charger’s screen. HMI means the screen and controls customers use to charge. We modify the supported charging flow to work with Oilflow’s new HMI.
What the extra RWF 10,000 pays for: adapting and validating the customer-facing charging flow. Customer management, loyalty, fleets, staff access, tariffs and reports are already included in both packages. HMI changes require compatible equipment and access to its software; hardware, automatic payment collection and fiscal receipt integration are not included by default.
Get started with HMI ↗Create your company and connect one charger while awaiting approval. To add more, you need admin approval and an active license covering your charger count.
Your total is the package price × licensed chargers × months. Buy or renew in License & billing, pay by the configured MoMo or bank method, and submit your reference for admin verification.
Supported commands and HMI changes are checked against your equipment. Automatic payment collection, fiscal receipt integration, smart power sharing and external roaming are separate integrations, not included by default.
Optional energy monitoring: record site-meter readings and compare imported electricity with recorded charging-session energy in your owner dashboard. Automatic smart-meter collection is pending; EUCL meter compatibility and integration scope will be confirmed after assessment.
AGREE WHAT GOES LIVE
Each project starts with your hardware and operating requirements. We confirm the supported workflows and demonstrate them before calling the site ready.
Arrange a technical assessment ↗Charger compatibility, access, status, supported commands and recovery.
A complete session, correct pricing, account records and shift reconciliation.
Payment collection, fiscal receipt acceptance, smart power sharing and external roaming require their own implementation or acceptance work. They are not included by default.
BUSINESS QUESTIONS
Yes, a discovery or location-sharing integration can be scoped alongside an existing platform. Full charger control is a separate integration decision.
No. Recording a payment tracks what staff recorded. Automated collection, provider confirmation, refunds and payouts require a separately configured and tested payment integration.
Site-wide automatic power allocation is not a standard ready-to-deploy feature today. Discuss your electrical constraints and charger capabilities during the assessment.
Yes. Operators can assign customers to tiers with a fixed energy price or a percentage discount. Automatic tier progression, referral rewards, marketing campaigns and a points-redemption programme are not established as supported features today.
Send your company name, number of sites and chargers, charger models, current platform and the workflows you need to [email protected]. We can use that to scope a pilot and the wider rollout.
